I would give ZERO star if I could.My first file cabinet comes in without problem, it looks good and sturdy. 66 lbs net weight is much sturdy than other 40 lbs file cabinets on the market.Between me and my coworker, we ordered 11 more, the next 4 that comes in are either severely dented at one corner or wrong color and dented at the back or dented on the side that makes the drawers hard to open/close. This means the damage rate is 80% so far. We will have to see what conditions would the rest be.Most importantly, the return is NOT free, buyers have to pay for their own shipping for the returns. This is ridiculous.Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else with better shipping and return policy. Not worth it to gamble $200 on this with all the hassles to follow.
