Small chip in front drawer but nothing massive more shipping related than product construction. The gold paint on the feet is decently cheesy looking that’s trying to replicate metal gold feet but it’s as shown.Looks fantastic, but there were several spots where things didn’t line up and I had to force pieces together. Verified with my wife that I was following the instructions correctly, too! Ultimately, those spots were on the “inside” and don’t affect the appearance or ultimate sturdiness of the dresser, so it wasn’t a big deal.I bought a different dresser I thought it was nice but it was basically Walmart crap even though I got it from a high end website (so I thought) I got rid of that and bought this instead. Beautiful and very well constructed. The special design is very smart and the drawers have great castors for durability. It’s very stylish I love that it has Gold handles and a grey finish which fits my decor perfectly. Also this dresser was like half the price of that other crappy one I bought. I’m like- mad at former me but current me is happy I found this stylish pieceThis was very easy to assemble. My husband and I worked together on it and it took just a little over an hour from start to finish. When we put in all six drawers, we noticed it was a bit cheapy in construction. There were semi large gaps between the drawers and the frame, which is okay to have a little of it, but this was noticeable. Some gapping were uneven - check out pictures. The drawers open and close not so smoothly. I bought the matching nightstand and it opens and closes smoothly.I would consider myself an above average person when it comes to putting furniture together. Considering I did work in a furniture store and had to assemble furniture for two years. The instructions weren't too bad definitely a step from Ikea. That being said be very careful putting the piece that go up vertically on the dresser if you use a normal amount of pressure the wood will split. I had to lightly tap the screws in and I mean lightly to get them started for the wood not to split. Also if you leave a cup with any condensation on it, it will remove the paint on the top surface.This is a pile of poop. It uses those cheep spin screws things that do not EVER hold and is not worth any more than $200. I am pissed I paid this much for this pile of crap.EDIT: I just finished the build and I am livid they thought this was ok to sell. Absolute trash and the biggest mistake purchase EVER.Easy to assemble and looks beautiful; however, it came damaged on the top piece and would be too much of a hassle to return.I love the way it looks! But... it takes a LONG time to build, it will take you a few hours. It also isn’t very sturdy - you have to bolt it into the wall or it will fall or tip over. I’m worried about it falling over if there is more than one drawer open. It looks great, but I wouldn’t buy it again.
